normal saline se nebulize karen twice a day agar sans bht taez lae rhe eh ya paslian chal rhe hen to kisi clinic ya hospital me lae ja k examine karwaen
Start with syp Actidil 1cc every 12 hrs
Coferb oral drops 3 drops every 8 hrs
Nebulize with Atem 0.3 ml+3 ml normal saline every 6 hrs
If still persist
Then book appointment.
norsaline p nasal drop 1 drop in each nostril before nebulization/feed
nebs with 2cc normal saline 12hourly 3 din ke liye or agr cough sahe nh ho rahaye tu
Baki cough syp or antiallergic syp safe nh baby ke liye agr AP mere clinic ya nearby clinic pe child specialist ko visit kerwa lein gyi tu iskey liye better
