i am seeing long black threads type something in my child's stool from past 1 month almost. i have already given him zentel 2 has started eating solids like cerelac suji banana and apple and since then he is having extreme gas problem too. he is also on breastfeed n very rare top feed. i am taking surbex z and cac plus. i have his diaper's pic if needed. please help me.

dats why no problem
Have stool evaluation from lab ,then consult online regarding further guidance.
orally use medicine will resolve this problem permanently and also resolve gastric problem
medicine will not be only for gas but it will also remove intestinal worms. You just have to discuss the details further.
