Talk to Pediatrician on Iron Deficiency

Asking For Other, Female 0, Karachi

My daughter (7 months old) was born prematurely at 34 weeks. She was intubated at birth and was on a ventilator for 5 days after birth and on oxygen therapy for 19 days. From 21 days of birth till now she is getting 3 drops of iron supplement (moltofer) to treat iron deficiency. I tested her this week and these are her results. Please guide why are her values not going up and how can I help her more.
