asslamalikum my baby complete 6 month, kia 6 month k bad baby ko iron supplement dena lazmi hai ? yahan pe ek dr ne kaha ferosoft 5 drops do daily? mera baby solid khata hai apple banana, sabodana , cerelac etc or mashallah bhot active hai phr be iron or vitaman acd drop dena lazmi hai ya solid food se mil jata hai?

diet se cover ho jadga, good dietry habits abhi se bananay ki koshish karain. vitamin D drops k ilawa kisi supplement ki need nahi.

no, if your baby is healthy eating everything happily and his milestones are satisfactory and look wise clinically he does not look anemic then no need
Agar baby solid foods kha raha ha tou iron supplements ki koi zaroorat nahi. baby ko kaleji, palak, green leafy vegetables and apple dein. bahtar hoga keh meshed apple ya juice bana k dein aur sugar add nahi karein.
Dear behtar hoga eska nutrition plan le lein complementary feeding ka. Aur esko ksi iron supplement ki zarorat nahi hay diet sa eska iron levels theek hosaktay hain
