Baby girl of 6 months have labial adhesion. Her vigina opening is blocked and i am so worried. Why it is happened and how will it be treated? Dr plz reply

This could be due to a disease called Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia. Get your baby checked formally by a Paediatrician or Paediatric Endocrinologist. They will advise you some laboratory work up and if necessary some specialised tests for evaluation and treatment.
There can be endocrine as well as surgical causes of labial adhesion. You can get pediatric endocrine consultation with me at mayo hospital , Lahore on every Monday as I deal with pediatric endocrine patients and it is my field of interest.
