My son is having loose motion since 6 days I am just giving him Banana with yougurt only once a day he is not eating anything else, I am also giving him entrogermina but loose motion is not stoping. Can I give him flygal syrup with entrogermina or should I stop entrogermina and start flaygel?
Give him soft diet, ORS if he is lethargic and dehydrated, Give syp zincat 5ml once daily, Racedo sachet 1 twice daily, Flagyl is an antibiotic should not be used in every diarrhea because most of them settle on their own. Consult if he is having fever
Give him ORS after every motion and otherwise keep giving him fluids.Syp Zincat 1tsp once for 5 days,Racedo sachet 10mg twice a day for 3days .Stop enterogermina and don’t give flagyl.Continue with soft diet banana yogurt and khichri .Take care of his hygiene.Wash hands properly after washroom and before eating.Diarrhoea will settle gradually not at once.
