check his hydration status if hydration status is adequate and no vomiting then go for breast feeding multiple times and also give some O.R.s solution frequently.at the same time give 2.5 ml syp entamizole Three times daily for Three days baby will improve ok
1. Continue Breast feed.
2. Stop to give fresh/formula milk.
3. Stop to give unani drugs i-e Gripe water etc.
4. Take care of Hygiene.
5. Give ENTEROGERMINA daily for 3 days.

how is the consistency of loose motions?
are they more watery in consistency baby's usual routine?
any history of fever?
Check hydration status. if not dehydrated and baby is active, passing urine 4-5 times a day, no vomiting, fever, blood or mucus in stool then no need to worry.
Just continue feeding milk every 2-3 hourly
