Talk to Pediatrician on Loose Motions For Continuous 10 Days

Assalamualaikum! I have two nieces. Both are suffering from loose motions for 10 days. We have used enflor for 7 days and mineral water also. But, there is no difference. Then, we started protege on Doctor's advice, we are giving entamizole and zincday also, but no difference. They are having loose motions almost after every hour. Please, tell me the solution. It will be a great favour.

10days loose motion need exami ation for dehydratiin and need some blood test .
you did not mention ages of patients.
an older child normally takes a longer time to get dehydrated but infants get dehydrated very quickly. so first need to assess the hydration status.
if there is no dehydration or vomiting, can be treated with oral medication. khichri, banana, porridge, for diet. you may consult me for further management
