Talk to Pediatrician on Loose Stool After Every Feed With Rashes

AOA! my baby is 4 months old . till three months she had a very normal routine of passing stool. she passed stool one time in 2 or 3 three days. but in 4th month she passes stool after every feed 8 to 10 times in a day. and the consistency of stool is runny not thick or not too loose . the problem is that she has a severe rashes after every stool . I used every medication give enterogermina ampule and racedo sachet two times a day but nothing worked . she's just on the mother feed. so kindly tell me what the problem is or what I do??

She needs detailed examination and history. Is she on top feed? For detailed history kindly book appointment and for rashes you can give zinc oxide paste after every diaper change and hydrozole cream thrice a day for 7 days on nappy/ rash area.
