Talk to Pediatrician on Lose Motion

Dear drs Greetings ❤️ my son who is almost 2 years old 22 months old. last time my son got dehydrated by vomiting and lose motion i took him in emergency dr immediately gave him some drips and within 3 days he was healthy again.

right after 1 month yesterday he started again lose motion i gave him flygal as per dr previous proscription but because of flygal flavor he started vomiting again for 2 times then immediately i gave him motiliuim 1 tea spoon Alhamdulilah vomiting stopped but lose motion is still there. for lose motions i gave him enterogermina 2 times per day with zolnet syrup. today 1st poop was full watery after that 2 times poop were watery but not that much like you can't say it was semi solid poop. in short he did lose motion thrice in whole day.

should i give him zinc od ?? with enterogermina? or should i continue with above medication. one more thing his apatite has gone after last attck when he was in hospital. he is on bottle feed which he takes properly. baqi he
