Talk to Pediatrician on Low Wbc Count

my son is 4 year n 7 months , his cough is not going after every 15 days he got cough dr suggested chest xray n wbc n vit d .. his vit d is below range , n wbc mei lymphocytes are 26.6% average should be 40-45 n monocytes are high 17.8% it should be 4-8 .. pls tell me theres something to worry ? m so worried. pls pls koi dr thk se xplain karde kia reason ha bacho mei aesa kyu hota ha ?
