My 7-month-old daughter has this lump on her foot. she is a premature baby born on the 31st week weighing 1.6kg. Current weight 7kg. After birth, she stayed in NICU for 18 days. On her foot, where there is a lump, there was a scar because of the oximeter. They put it for a longer time on the same foot. When she was discharged, it was fine and healed, but a little scar and changed skin were visible. Now it looks like this, bumpy and swollen. Can you please guide What is this? How is it going to be fine
