Or us ko malaria b btaya tha or ab us k muscle bht akry huwy Han... Or ab Corona virus ki waja sy koi doctor b available nai... So please kuch suggest Kar den

give him syp.panadol 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. if not improving u have to go to emergency

if no fever then examine baby after lock down. if fever persists then go to emergency for check up

Take him to children hospital lahore if you are in lahore give him Syp calpol one spoon 4 hourly

usually injections are not given in children that's why we avoid this practice everywhere....
anyhow give syrup paracetamol every 6 hourly and if required visit nearby Govt hospital emergency for detail.examination....
if not serious wait 48 hours and stay at home plz......
