Talk to Pediatrician on Milk Intake For Toddlers
Asking For Other, Female 3, Lahore
My daughter is 3yrs old. She is taking Nestle Lactogrow 3 sometimes fresh milk as well. Now I want to switch her to someother milk as Lactogrow is till stage 3. Can you suggest what would be the best option for her either Fresh milk or Milkpack etc. She has no health issues at all Alhamdulilah.

You can give her any milk of your choice and whatever suits her, no specific milk is preferred over another type at this age
best is.use.milk once daily and focus on.diet better option
1 cup whole milk is enough at this age, focus more on diet.
