stool just after feed is normal baby can poop max 10 times which is also normal but if ur really v concern get a stool detail report done n share
1. This is normal process, baby passing loose stool after every feed.
2. You only give Breast feed, don't give unani drugs i-e Gripe water etc, and water.
3. Give ENTEROGERMINA daily for 3 days.

It will stop, after 3 months.

it's normal. on mother feed baby can pass 8 to 10 stool per day. if there is no fever, baby is active, gaining weight , then no issue. if such history then consultant a child specialist
