hello dr meri daughter 3 saal ki h usy motion ho rahy h please ap bta dain k din mein kitny dafa motio krna bacho k liye nuksande h aur wo 3 ya kbi 4 dafa motion kr rai h 3 din phly wo din mein ek br he washroom jati thi please bta dain k usy kn sa syrup du mein bht tension mein hu please koi medicine he bta kya mein usy zincat-od syrup dain skti hu
Most of the time, it’s viral in origin.if no fever & not sick looking then use following medication. 1- pedialyte ( ORS) with each motion 2- Bactocell sachet PO 12hrly 3- Syp: Zincday 1/2 tsf once per day . With rice made light diet.

consistency as well as frequency both important. if it is total watery then even one is concerning while if slightly loose then 3 is not too much, although her dehydration has to be monitored and treated by giving ORS. zincat 5ml once daily for 2 weeks is good.
