Asking for Other, Male, 4 years old, Lahore

Aoa.. My son is 4 months old. I started him weaning since 2 days.. I gave him aptamil 4-6 months... Pic is attached.But From tomorrow he had lose motion and Fever. Fever is 98.1. F. Kindly suggest what can i do.. Can i give him panadol for temp.. also rell me whats the normal body temperature e in babies? ONE more thing i feels that baby ka body temp normal hota hai but sar garam hota hai is it normal...

home made food is better than canned one
u can start mashed banana ,boiled potato mashed ,can add butter to make it soft ,boiled egg ,cerelac ,boiled rice
start with one food item for a week and then u can add 2nd food item after1 week when baby get use to it

infants during 1st year of their life have maximum growth of brain which is a reason for hot head nothing to worry about it
rest best time to introduce complementry feed is 6 months
withhold it as of now and give enterogermina ampoules 1 bd

98 temperature is absolutely normal.
Weaning age is 6 months
I recommend not to use panadol for now... And take reading again. If more then 100 then can give.
Babies's metabolic is higher then adults.. This is the reason they feel warm then usual

An armpit temperature of 99 degrees Fahrenheit or more is considered as a fever at any age. Paracetamol can be given to babies preferably when the temperature is 100.4 Fahrenheit or more. Unless the thermometer shows any fever warm head is not considered abnormal.
