My son is 1 months old and he is on Formula milk Nan Optipro 1. Jab b usko feed krwate hen wo foren hi motion kr deta hai. Motions are smelly and sometimes yellow and sometimes Greenish color. What could be the possible reason of this. looking forward to your kind responses. Thank you.

Its normal in infants.They can pass stool after feed and colour is also normal at this age.No need to worry.But I will advise you to shift him to mother feed as much as possible preferably completely.That will be the best thing you can do for him.
