Talk to Pediatrician on Mouth Ulcers
Asking For Other, Male 3, Kohat
My son with the age of 2.6 years, has mouth ulcers, inflammation of lips and dark reddish of below teeth area for a week. what the possible reason and treatment? if anyone guide me, thanks in advance.

Please get his CBC report and consult. Maybe just vitamin deficiency or something more serious.
Is there any accompanying fever? Is he able to take feeds. Although a picture would be of great help in determining the cause, it seems to be an inflammation of mouth and gums due to Herpes virus (Herpetic Gingivostomatitis). It may persist for 2 weeks. Eating and drinking may be painful and may lead to dehydration. Severe cases may need fluids through veins and an antiviral drug.
