Talk to Pediatrician on My New Born 1.5 Month Has Colic Issue

He gets red when he push hard while there is a congestion and his face turns red. He was on mother feed, doctor recommended NI-AC along with mother feed last couple of weeks there was some improvement but from couple of days he is getting worst. I am worried because the doctor we visited is saying not to worry it will be solved after couple of months.
Does he have constipation? Is he passing hard stool or small round lumps of stool? Is he straining when passing stool? If yes, then need to treat constipation.
it is simple colic will resolve in a month or 2 .if he is active passing stool daily and taking g feed the no worry
simple colic problem give home colibid drops before feeding
if eazygut available u can also use it n massage her tummy gently with olive oil or castor oil

There are multiple reasons for colick. Inadequate feeding, less time of feeding and lactose intolerance. Feeding history is important. Needs proper consultation with good paediatrician to reach the final conclusion

As i mentioned he is almost 40 days old yes he strains and his face gets red he is passing stool 2 ot 3 times a day but even at that time he strains. He dont cry out loud actually he screams and his tummy gets hard

Agar stool consistency normal (yaani hard stool nai hai) aur bachay ki growth aur activity normal hai tou likely colic ka issue hai which is nothing to worry about InshAllah.
