Talk to Pediatrician on My Son Cant Speak Properly

AOA My son is 3 year old and he cant speak properly , he can only speak 2-3 words although he can understand and his hearing is perfect. A good suggestion is requested pls.
i am working in paeds development these days.. do ur child speak 1 word at a time and he has vocab of 2 3 words or he can make a sentense of 3 words? if he only speaks one word at a time.he needs assesment...he has speech dealy
By age 3, a toddler's vocabulary usually is more than 100 words. Kids can string together 2- or 3-word sentences. They can talk with you in a conversation that has at least 2 back-and-forth exchanges. Other people can understand your toddler most of the time.
