My son age 6 months fall from a bed. He had no injuries and no joint pain. Want to ask is everything will alright internally?
6 months old is too young. we can't declare here that he is alright. go for physocal checkup so that baby could be assessed
if no vomiting and no drowsiness and baby behaves ful alert...then dn't worry
