Talk to Pediatrician on New Born Low RBC

HI,
My daughter is one month and 15 days old. She born at 37 th week.
When she born she have joundas .
We doctor did two blood tests.
1st one 15th August 2nd on 01 September
Her joundus is recovering but she still have pale skin.
I am so much worried her RBC and hemoglobin are low in first report and then becomes more low in second report. Can you please guide what should we do

wa alaikum us salam.. your baby has most likely physiologic anemia of infancy, in which baby has mild anemia with HB in range of 10-12, and slightly reduce number of RBCs but if anemia is persistent upto 3 month of age or anemia worsen then its baby check by consultant pediatrician is necasary to rule out pathological causes like congenital hypoplastic anemia or hemolytic anemia after physical exam of baby.
