Talk to Pediatrician on Newborn Red Mark On Back Of Head

Hi
I noticed a red mark on the back of this newborn's head yesterday. She is 2 weeks old and the patch seems to be at the back of her head. She was delivered via vacuum delivery but had none of the characteristic problems associated with the assisted delivery and was released the next day.
She's a normal baby and shows no signs of distress, no fever etc. What can this mark be? Gently rubbing it doesn't cause any pain to the baby.
Please help.
doesn't seem like soft swelling, but is it soft on touch ? bachay ko sulatay kis cheez pe hain? jab jaag raha ho koshish karain k tummy time karayain. coconut oil puray sir pe lagayain bath karayain. ghar mein agar room band hai to toopa na oehnayain. agar black patches ban jayain to ye cradle cap hoga is k leay appointment lain.

no swelling.area is soft to touch and koi lump ya collection feel nahi hoti under the skin. Doctor nay hydrozole cream boli ha. kya yeh safe ha for a newborn?
