can be due to local trauma
can be due to blood disease
there could be many reasons of nose bleed ,commonest being nose pricking .if it persist get kid examined.
Single episode of slight bleeding is always ignored....
can be due to allergic rhinitis or some time local irritation and nose pricking by child....
so dont worry....
if same happen again and in heavy amount you need to see ENT and nearby Pedriaticain as well for evaluation.....
dont worry and nothing to offer at the moment....
