hello, Patient name Mahnoor Fatima age 7 months BW 2.7kg CW 7.5kg Born by c section at 39w+4d.
From Last night she is having flu with too much phlegm, nasal congestion and cough. no fever, active otherwise. no other complaint. Kindly guide what should be done to get her relief.
