w salam no need for supplement.just continue mother feed and weaning as you are already doing. cbc normal for this agr

Although Hb us normal, your baby needs iron for 1 to 2 months. Body is compensating by keeping the cell count normal although with small cells. When iron is sufficient, cell size wilk become normal.

Dear, Although Hemoglobin is in normal range but MCV and MCH are just marginally low. It shows microcytic anemia. You can use iron supplement of any good company. I am not the promotor of any brand :) u can give iron supplement intermittently. It will work in sha Allah
