My niece is 1.5 years old and she has pain in lower abdome daily and many times in a day and she put her hand on lower belly and stretch her legs upwards and her body which we called "Akarna" Akra leti h wo Previously puss cells were found in her urine and UTI was found now she is facing again this problem

repeat urine complete examination and see ur nearest doctor
She needs some tests to Rule of Reflux of urine from bladder to kidney and Uninary Tract infection.Micturating Cystourethrogram and Urine Culture and Abdominal Ultrasound KUB.. For the time being she can take Syrup Calpol 5ml 4 times a day.. Antibiotics after Urine Culture has been taken..
its suggestive of some urine infection and once it's not treated fully these urine infection reoccur again and again....
Do urine RE and CS samples from some good authentic lab.....
Get one Ultrasound KUB done by some good sonologist......
Keep good hygiene and wash from front to back not back to front in toilet.....
take sometimes off the pamper.....
when reports are in hand see nearby pediatrician please.....
