Talk to Pediatrician on Palpable Mid Inguinal Lymphnode

hi this is about my son his age is 2.6 year. yesterday i found a palpable single moveable painless lymphnode at mid inguinal point in the left groin. there is no fever no redness or any rash around the lymphnode. its small in size but still palpable. and on the ipsilateral knee joint there is multiple small pustules or acne without any redness and pus.what cud be the possible causes for this? do i need to be worry about it or see a doctor?

size of lymphnode if its less than 2 cm then no need to worry. knee lesions need to be evaluated if infected by your description dont seem to be infected. rest can be told only upon examining the child

Its size is below 2 cm with a local infection in leg so no need to worry. Its normal in children. If it becomes tender or enlarges in size than get it checked by Pediatrician
