Asking For Someone else, Father, Female, 14 Years old, Lahore
My daughter is 14 years old and recently she started having sudden panic attacks. She will suddenly start trembling and Burst into tears without any apparent reason. One of her trigger is loud noises but it have happened without loud sounds too and she is unable to pinpoint the reason. She says when it happens, she feels dizzy and pit in her stomach and can’t explain the rest. I am worried, what should we do?
