salam! my baby is 15 month old and since thursday he is been having diarrhea and we have reached out to multiple peads magar motions stop nahi horahay mein zincat OD bhi dy rahi hoon or emflor sachet bhi diye magar nahi rukk rahay motions dobara doctor ko dikhaya unhon nay xray foecal loading likh ker diya hai usko fever bhi nahi hai shuru mein tha but ab nahi hai please meri rehnumaai karein

Which feed/milk?
- Continue Breast Feed.
- Stop to give him Bottle feed.
- Stop to give him Unani drugs i-e Gripewater etc.
- Give good care of Hygiene.
- Give Soft foods i-e Yogurt, Banana, Khachri, Crealac rice, etc.
- Give Osmolar ORS, and plain water.
- Give Syp. Zincat OD 1tsf daily.
