Talk to Pediatrician on Peadiatrician

my son in 1 year old and he sometimes respond to his name and sometime he doesnt when he is completely hooked up to his toys he barely listens. i havent really started noticing it up until ive accidentally read it online that this is a sign of autism ever since ive got to know about this i have been reading articles watching videos and calling my baby's name over and over agaib just to make sure he is ok! although he is super active and focused with whatever he is doing and recently has started standing without support i am so concerned at this point please take this into consideration that we donot give him phone or tv i am so worried that i couldnt even sleep beacuse of being stuck in a rabbit hole of autism please help
