hello marham doctors... I have a 2 year old son.. he got ruptured appendix when he was 1.8 months when doctors Did biopsy of the fluid taken out from ruptured appendix it was e.coli and feacum... now I have another baby of one month.. doctor is this appendix genetic which will happen to my 2nd baby also or there is something wrong in my diet that passed through breastfeeding and caused appendicitis... please doctor let me know of my curiosity ..I m getting into depression due to this
This does not run in families and it was not due to any of your fault that your child developed a ruptured appendix.

Dr will this bacteria can transfer from my 1st baby to other... as I have read somewhere that e.coli and feacum remains in body whole life despite of treatment

E. coli are normally present in the intestines of all people and do not harm them if remain confined there. Please, write down the complete name of the other germ, if you know.

This germ can be a coexisting organism in the intestines like E. coli. It can, however, cause diseases in a newborn.

it means my second baby can get this organism from my 1 st child... what should I do to avoid spread... can this organism cause appendicitis

Your second baby may already normally have it in his intestines from you and not from his brother. It is not a must that it will cause a disease in him. There is no vaccine available.
