a.o.a mera baby 6 months ka hai and he's been on formula since day one due to some medical issues i couldnt feed him now i have started cerelac as well but the problem is he is never hungry i have to timely feed him but he never cries for milk. he could go 5 to 6 hours without asking for milk and mashallah he is very active and chatty if i give him bottle he will finish it or some time he just would take few sips and leaves the bottle i am very worried what could be the reason for it ? is this behaviour ok?

pls avoid giving cerelac and processed foods. use fresh home made items. you can start with one item a week and build the quantity slowly over 7 days and then add another one. you can use mashed Banana to start. if he is otherwise playful and gaining weight, it shouldn't be a problem. as children grow up, their frequency of feeding deceased. for example a new born needs to be fed every 2 hours but a healthy adults take 3 meals a day. so it's a transition phase and as long as your baby is putting on weight, it's no issue.

his weight is normal with age and start on weaning food one food at one time for many days then add second food
avoid egg honey nuts sugar and salt and processed food
if baby is gaining adequate weight then it would be normal.
