if child gaining weight, goodcat activity, then except watery stool... rest of all stool consistency should consider normal... have good hygiene and avoid artificial juices

Not watery but quite soft like you can say purrees of vegetables? Once or twice a day

If baby otherwise growing well and not passing 3 to 4 watery and loose stools then nothing to worry about.....
More vegetables, fruits and yougurt.....
avoid bakery items and dairy products......
