I want to know excessive platelets r harmful in kids or not . my son aged 51 days . his cbc report saying high lavel of platelets n wbc. plz explain is it curable . it's normal infection or something to worry. CBC report also attached

platelets may be raised in infections. There are other causes as well. Generally speaking, it is not something to worry about.
