my son 3 months old .from last 3 days he spit out milk every time after feed . we give purb but no any progress . he is on mother feed. plz guide what to do

I hope you are not over feeding him. Keep at least 2-3 hours gap between each feed. and keep the head slightly elevated after feeding.
if he is spitting a little amount of milk then no worries.
Get him check with pediatrician
