Pl. confirm your vit-D deficiency. Then start medicine. If you are deficient then your baby also may have it.
baby weight should be 7.5kg,drops sunny D 1drop x daily for 3months, drops vidayline 5drops twice a day for 1month plz start.

yes you both should take vitamin D, Dmax drops 1 daily for him and you should take injection sunny D once every 2 weeks mixed in milk for 3 months
