Wa alikum asalam you should have got the injection from doctor who advised he will tell the dose according to weight.your prescription is not visible
No antibiotic is given till the fever settle down to a lower grade. But you can safely give Inj. Gravinate, in doses of 65 units via an insulin syringe, intramuscularly ! I don't prefer to give Inj. Onset in paediatric age group as it's not safe.
You may give Susp. Brufen for fever in dosages of 1 & a half teaspoon every 6 hourly intervals.
For her accurate diagnosis , you may take time through Marham and get your baby examined , as according to my clinical analysis the kid is having intestinal problem.
