My baby boy is 4 months old. MashAllah bilkul normal aur active baby hai lekin aaj kal from about 15 days usk sleep patterns bht irregular hogae hain in day time. At night time he sleeps well lekin din k time he normally sleeps for maximum one hour aur phir aik ya dedh ghante baad phir se usko neend aane lag jaati hai. Is this normal?

yes its normal no need to worry...at 4 months age baby usually sleeps for at least 14.5 hours per 24 hours..
just keep observing if he develops any fever and get more sleepy consult a near child specialist

He is not having any fever but usually gets sleepy after 1 hour. And sleeping for only 35-40 minutes. He is also putting his hands in his mouth a lot and touching his ears. Is it due to teething?

1stly, you didn't mention the type of feed he is being offered ; 2ndly do let me know the no., of stools he is passing per 24 hours ?
