Talk to Pediatrician on Pediatrics

My son age 7 is having fever. No proper symptoms as such. Just cough. I must mention that he is having allergy and mild asthma symptoms since birth. He also has significantly enlarged tonsils and adenoids but Alhamdulillah from last few months he is comparatively much better. I just give syrrup for fever panadol only when his fever crosses limit that is body becomes very hot. We aren't giving him any syrrup. Earlier we used to nebulise him with clenil full nebule. Used to give myteka chewable tablet daily. Syrrup brittanyl. Also used to give him hot water steam. But since he became healthier we stopped everything. I must mention here that on Saturday we went to village and when he returned on Sunday night he had sudden loose motion but only once and after that fever started.
