How often can i drop saline in a baby nose with phlegm problem. And has cough he is just 2 months and one thing more this sline removes the phlegm or not??
You can use it before every feed in nose... It will make phlegum thin and easily removed..
3-4 times a day.
you can use bulb sucker for removal of secretion 5-10 min instilling salinase drops

depending upon severity. can be use after every hour depending upon clinical condition
Putting 0.9% Normal saline always helps in noisy breathing and stuffy nose.....
2 drops each side of nose before feeds always give relief.....
In case you can nebulize the baby with 2ml normal saline too......
take it easy because stuffy nose stay for couple of weeks to months....
