Talk to Pediatrician on Problem In Passing The Stool

My baby is 11 months old, he is taking solids + fresh milk + mother feed. from the last 3 days, he is facing a problem while passing the stool, yesterday while passing the stool he cried too much and pass the stool with much pain. the stool was too hard also. he pass 2 times in small pieces.
can any doctor please give me suggestions about what to add in his diet or what to eliminate? or any remedy
It's all about Functional constipation......
at this age what you need to do it reduce the quantity of milk, stop fresh milk why you are giving at this age when you have easily give breastfeeding......
even breastfeeding at this age 3 to 4 times a day so that hunger of baby can be improved.....
in diet dont give bakery items junk foods, noodles, nuggets etc, your baby needs more fruits, vegetables, red meat yakhni, dalya, fresh juices, and more home made stuff......
when your baby refuse taking these hone made food items please dont feed extra and make some routine of semi solids that will improve hunger as well as bowel habits......
it's all about dietary management not discussion of medicines.....

No need to worry.just increase amount of fluid. Give Syp Duphalac 5ml at morning and 5ml in evening until his stool become soft and regular
