Talk to Pediatrician on Prolonged Fever

My daughter 13 months old. She has a fever from 3-4 days. Before this chest infection cough flue taking antibiotics. Her foot and hands became cold and converted into fever. Should i go to doctor again?

Young girl with fever for 4 days plus cough and chest congestion,need to be evaluated by qualified doctor ,in young children during high fever hands and feet , remain old , but always check fever with thermometer,good luck
