Talk to Pediatrician on Rashes/blisters

9 year old child has red rashes/blisters on both hands just around wrist area for almost a month. Its more on left hand. At times there is itching and at times none. Itching complain is mostly on hot days. Most of these seem to be watery as well. attached photos.
