Talk to Pediatrician on Red Bump On Baby Shoulder

I recently noticed a red bump on baby's right shoulder. it showed up a few days ago and it's currently like this.
baby has no fever no pain. the bump has slightly decreased in redness and size. it's been 8 days since we noticed it.
I need to know what this can be before I seek treatment options if necessary. please help.
