Talk to Pediatrician on Red Spots On Skin Of My Child

My son is 05 months old, yesterday i saw some red spots or you can call danay on her hands , llegs and on head 2- 3 in qty. Pics are shown below.. What is it and what would be the remedy.. Regards

this might be some allergy deu to some insect bit, give Rigix 2.ml twice daily , if fever than give Panadol 2ml 8 hourly
its might b insect bite mosquito bites give her syp rigix 2ml once a day for 7 days
