Talk to Pediatrician on Redness , Blisters And Itching On 1 Yr Baby Hands And Underarms

baby boy 1yr 4m was diagnosed with scabbies , have applied scab free treatments almost 10times in around 2months with gaps , but after 2days of treatment he is getting these redness on his fingers,palms, wrists and then these blisters appear .and they are itching alot .what is this please guide.thinking it's scabbies I applied him permithrin scab free once again but they did not even disappear after applying scab free Lotion .pls guide what should I do .my baby is in pain.i also see some of these appearing on his underarm.pls guide does it mean scabbies still there or something else
