Assalam O Alaikum Mera almost 3 months ka baby hai. jisy 2 months Se respiratory system mein infection hua hai . jis Se uska gala hmesha wheezing krta rehta hai . din mein 2 BAAr ulti bhi kr deta hai. mucus ki wajah Se jab wo zyada ho jati hai . Nose NaCl 0.9% Se Saaf krti hun aur munh bhi ,lekin us Se Kuch khaas faida nhi hota hai usy. mujy pregnancy ke doran thyroid tha Kya us waja Se bachy ko Masla hua hai ...? mucus jab boht zyada ho jati hai tou usy vacuum cleaner Se nikalna prta hai. aur baby khud Se feed nhi krta feeding tube lgi hai usy sucking problem thi usy.
baby need physical chkup full examination and reports .
pehlae jo drs dekh rhe hen un ka koi dischrge ppr ya report
khud se feed naa kerne ki doctor ne kya waja batayi hai?

Already did it 15 din baad hospital Le ke jati Hun. aur week mein nurses bhi aati Hein ghr check krny ke Liye lekin same situation aur weight bhi nhi brha BAAr BAAr ulti ki waja Se.

Sab Se zyada Masla mucus secretions ki waja Se hi hai jis Se ulti bhi BAAr BAAr Hoti hai. ulti ke doran mucus kafi niklti hai .

He had Some Congenital abnormalities, Iske brain ka koi part during pregnancy theek Se develop nhi hua . shyd sucking ki wajah isliye ho sakti hai. aur head structure bhi theek Se nhi forehead and anterior fontanelle bhi boht zyada bda hai.
Dr ne hi recommend kia sirf uska naak aur munh Saaf krny ke Liye. aur reports Hein lekin wo Portuguese language mein Hein apko Samjh shyd na aaye..,

if your worried with his mucoid secretion then do this
norsaline p nasal drop every 4hourly
neb with 2cc normal saline
do chest physiotherapy at home learn it by nurse
and for vomit feed via tube cautiously do screening check up with his primary doctor

wo chal rahy Hein lekin Kuch khaas Farq nhi prra hai. Ulta ye vomiting Wala Masla bn gya hospital reh ky phly 1 month ulti nhi hoi. respiratory infection ke baad se ye Masla hua.

24hrs mein 3 Se 4 baar vomiting ho jati hai. burp bhi 2 din Se kr rha phly wo bhi nhi krta tha .. burp ke baad vomit nhi Hoti.

and continue burp your baby after every feed and feed it with gap don't full his tummy at one time and elevated his head for 5-10minutes after every feed we didn't prescribe anti vomiting medicine at this age without baby check up..give him just milk don't give any other things inshallah it will be settle if you want to discuss in detail then book my appointment
