Talk to Pediatrician on Scabies On 5yr Old Kid

My niece is diagnosed with scabies, huge boils type scabies on her neck and on chest. Dr suggested me to use Dimed Z and Scabfree lotion. I don't know what is causing it, nothing is working. what precautions and medications I should take for her please guide as it can spread to all other kids too under a roof.

From ur description seems infected scabies...simple scobion lotion will not work
and for kids and adult medicins are different but u will start at same time
